Creative Art Direction
A series of ad campaigns I've created and developed
Context
Before UX, I was an Advertising Art Director, telling brand stories with impactful visuals. Below are some of my past design works. While AI offers new tools, the magic of genuine inspiration and those "aha moments" remain irreplaceable in my creative journey.
Print Ad - Instant Print Camera
While riding an escalator one day, inspiration struck me. I envisioned merging the escalator's continuous motion with the instant printing feature of the Instax camera. This simple idea— "Fujifilm Instax allows people to get their pictures printed instantly"—led to the creation of this compelling Instax print ad. Notably, this ad earned me both the 2018 ADC Annual Award Merit and the 2018 Graphis New Talent Advertising Annual Merit.
Print Ad - Airbnb
Airbnb isn't just about finding a place to stay; it's about discovering unique travel experiences. In my print ad series, I showcase accommodations that capture this essence. This ad campaign also earned me the 2019 Graphis New Talent Advertising Annual Gold.
Print Ad - Happy Socks
Happy Socks, renowned for its colorful and creative designs, inspired me to envision them as paint brushes and rollers for your feet. With the tagline "Paint Your Feet," this campaign highlights Happy Socks as tools that infuse your everyday style with creativity and individuality.
Print Ad - Domestic Violence Prevention
To raise awareness about domestic violence prevention, I designed this print ad featuring a knife positioned as a door handle. The image conveys the message that danger can be waiting right at home. For some women, escaping an abusive situation isn't easy due to various barriers, including financial constraints.
Greeting Cards - Toy Story
I love Toy Story, so I designed these greeting cards to celebrate its iconic characters. Each card features a minimalistic design with a unique element and memorable line from the movie on both sides.
Themed Illustrations
I draw what I love. This series will continue to grow. Stay tuned for more!
