Context
US Mobile introduced Home Internet, a plug-and-play Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) product that enables customers to set up home Wi-Fi without traditional cable installation or technician visits. I focused on the post-purchase journey, ensuring customers could seamlessly activate their device, complete setup, and get online within minutes.

This project is currently in progress, and the design is still evolving as we work closely with engineering. Some details are intentionally limited due to partnership agreements, but I’d be happy to walk through the process and key decisions in conversation.
