I’m a Product Designer at US Mobile, leading end-to-end work across core customer journeys. My work often involves navigating complex systems and multi-step flows, then shaping them into experiences that feel clear and intuitive.
Before product design, I worked in advertising as an art director. It taught me to explore many possibilities from a single insight and express ideas through simple, powerful visuals.
I’m naturally empathetic and observant. I pay close attention to language, visual details, and how information is presented. Designing flows that help people move forward with clarity is something I find deeply satisfying.
When I’m not working, I love citywalking, taking photos of streets and trees. I’m also a big fan of old Hong Kong movies and love catching films at festivals whenever I can.
