Context
When users transfer their number to US Mobile, they rely on the Porting Dashboard to track progress. The old design lacked clarity, leaving users unsure of what to expect. To improve this, we explored the user journey, refined our processing logic, and identified key stages of the transfer process to provide clearer guidance and updates.
